I bought 2 galaxy A03S phones and after the recent update on May 1st 2022 bothe cell phones are running slow and can't not play any games at all and I also can barely up my apps I have contacted galaxy and my company my texting is through n they can't help. Can anyone help here thank you
Hi, as you have tried everything, we suggest you to perform factory reset. This feature will completely erase your personal information and data.
Important: Please perform a backup and save any information you need prior to the factory reset because otherwise your personal information may not be recovered. If you have an encrypted microSD card, you must decrypt it before resetting the phone. Otherwise, your phone will not be able to read the data on the card. From Settings, search for and select Decrypt SD card, and then use the on-screen prompts.
From Settings, search for and select Factory data reset. Next, tap Factory data reset again, and then review the information. When you are ready, swipe to and tap Reset. If you have a security lock set on the phone, you will be asked to enter the credentials. To delete all information and downloaded apps, tap Delete all. Your phone will reset; when it turns back on, it will start from the initial setup screen.
I have factory reset my phone like the person from the company told us step by step how to do and it is still slow and my wife n I have paid a lot of money for our phones and nothing working
I think it is because the a03s is a low end phone and planned obsolecense helps samsung make more money. I think I read a while ago about someone doing some firmware flaring, dont remember. but it helped when updates caused a problem including this. try asking for that?
Hello. The issue seems to be a bug in the software, so please expect a bug fix release soon. Just use the Report a Problem feature of the app when this happens, this helps them fix this.
