Samsung Remote setup for Samsung BluRay

I lost remote for my Samsung BluRay dvd player with speaker connections.

Need to set speaker setting to "surround sound".

Tried to connect using Samsung remote from TV but does not work without instructions.

Instructions on line refer to non existing buttons or to use a toothpick and press a reset button which i cannot find.

I also tried to add player using IR-Out but did not complete setup.

Does anyone have the instructions to manually add BluRay to remote?

Could you please provide us the model number of your Samsung Bluray DVD player and Samsung TV model number?
The model number of the Bluray player starts with BD and the Samsung TV model number starts with UN, QN, LN, PN etc...

You can refer to the back of your device to obtain the model number.
