Anyone else getting trade in reviews back? And samsung is saying the device is damaged or display not working? When you know it was in perfect working condition when you sent it in... good thing i have pictures to prove it was in working good condition!!!

Forgot to add ... Litterly looks like someone using a piece of paper to give the same angle shade in a photo

Yes. Trade in is a Scam to sell new products. Same happened to me as well. I trade-in my s21 to buy s23 ultra and they reduce the value. My phone was in good condition and no scratches.

Photos mean nothing ... I traded in an s22 plus still under Samsung care plus and they claimed liquid damage ( sent a picture of a perfect.shaded.portion covering 1/3 if the phone - shaded not rainbow effect liquid does and a perfect line .... What a miracle )

Despite photos.and screen shots etc they refused to respond until day 14 when they tell.me.that 72 hours after the cut off to accept.or.decline.they will respond.

They said firm NO to pausing the time until.they respond

Never will I purchase anything from Samsung again
