SAmsung TV wont recognize cisco 9865 cable box

Samsung TU 8000 4k TV will not recognize the Cisco 9865 cable box, I see this has been an issue where is the Samsung help? We will return the TV if there is no fix.

Hi ChanceMohawk, Please make sure the TV firmware is updated to the latest version. Could you please let us know the error message displayed? You could also share pictures of the error message if possible.

I have a Q70R and 8500K and they both won't detect Telus Optik 4K box.

And why when it asks to select from a list of providers does it show USA providers and not Canadian ones?
