I have a new Samsung TV and am trying to program the remote to also function as the cable remote. The Bell Box is connected via HDMI to the TV. When I try set up the universal remote, it asks me for a service provider. Bell does not appear as a service provider. Any solution?
I think it's better the other way, use bell remote for guide etc and subconsciously work the volume and power for tv through the bell remote 🤷♂️ Likely the remote that works through bell TV is Bluetooth and your trying to make an infra red work which ain't gonna happen 🤷♂️
Providers are based on the zip code entered, if your provider is not listed select "My service provider is not listed" and select the input your STB is connected to. Samsung recommends using HDMI 1. Please write back to us if you have any further queries.
