Samsung Xpress C410W printer

I recently inherited a Samsung Xpress C410W printer. According to the brochure it is supposed to handle large format posters (tiled) but after installation I do not see that options. Have two machines, Windows XP and Windows 10. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Down loaded all possible drivers, unfortunately I do not have the installation CD. Thanks!

Hmm I would look for a support email specifically for Samsung printers and shoot them an email. I'm sure they should be able to help you out!

Hi Pablo221, Samsung printer support is managed by HP now.

Please visit HP website: www.support.hp.com to input the printer details (Model, Serial Number) and acquire a case number to talk to HP support by calling 1-855-709-2202.
