There should be a mandatory screenshot of themes added to the theme store. There are a lot of themes I wanted to buy, but didn't because of the ugly keyboard. Alternatively, separate keyboard themes would be awesome....

Just use another keyboard and customize it. I use Gboard and it's got enough choices to go with any theme.

Hi @gotthelife11, that is a good idea, if you would like, you can submit this as a suggestion from the New Topic screen, open the “Category” drop-down and select “Suggestion”.
Currently the Galaxy S9 default keyboard does not have different themes to choose from (latest version for Galaxy S9 currently is: 3.023.58) and cannot switch back to the original skin when using Samsung themes.
However, recent phones (Note9) currently do have 4 different default keyboard themes (latest version for Note9 currently is: 3.2.01.51) and the keyboard theme can be changed to use the other skins while applying a Samsung theme.
(The theme can be changed in: settings > general management > language and input > on-screen keyboard > Samsung keyboard > keyboard layout and feedback > keyboard themes)
For now as a workaround, perhaps you can try @Samesung 's suggestion and use the Gboard in order to be able to use the Samsung theme and keyboard theme you prefer.
Thank you for your feedback!
