I have contacted customer service many times for each issues. They promise it will solved or someone contact in 2 days. After weeks no response. 
After sales service is horrible. 

1. Samsung membership showing deactivated. More than 3 months I am following up, no solution. Wasted hours talking to Customer service.

2. Issue in phone settings. 

3. Easy return. After purchase I decide to return and request to start the process. After months no response.
