OthersHi Bercla,
Could you please tell us what is the model of your device? Does the issue happen on all calls or only with specific contacts/networks?
If the person you're speaking with says your voice sounds like it's on speaker or not clear, this may be related to microphone settings, network quality, or app interference. To help improve call quality, please try the following steps:
Remove any case or accessory that may be covering the microphones.
Test your microphones by using the Samsung Members > Support > Phone diagnostics tool.
Restart your phone in Safe Mode to check if a third-party app may be causing the issue.
Try a call using a different app (e.g., WhatsApp) to see if the issue is network-related.
To help resolve sound or connectivity issues during calls, you can try resetting your network settings. This will restore all network-related settings (Wi-Fi, mobile data, Bluetooth) to their defaults. Here's how:
Go to Settings. Tap General management. Tap Reset. Select Reset network settings. Tap Reset settings to confirm.
This will not delete your personal data, but you’ll need to re-enter Wi-Fi passwords and re-pair Bluetooth devices.
Let us know if this improves your call quality!
Thank you.
