You would think it would be a real asset for everyone that is experiencing problems after an update to have an article like this to go to to help solve problems.

On our site all that seems to get pinned are Samsung Ben posts and posts wanting to sell us more Samsung products🙄

Lots of people don't read the replies given to people who have issues after updates..or just what I and others do, and have suggested..

There's nothing new in the Pinned post in the US Samsung Members "Tips & Tricks" .. all of the recommendations have been posted here, countless times by individuals & Moderators.. but Seems like more often than not, people want to post the same questions, again & again.

Indeed and thus by not even trying to use the search as well as the Tips & tricks nor pinned posts by moderator Ben never gets updated ahdbits freaking annoying.

Like kindergarten class.
I'll bet these are the same people that loathe ai or use basic prompts for that or even basic Google searches.
