Good day. This sometimes happens to me too.. i have a q80r tv and a q70t soundbar..
What i did was turned off tv and sound bar and all devices connected to it then reconnect the hdmi cable of my soundbar it's connected to earc port. Then turn on everything. Then its done.
Always do not turn off your tv on soundbar input, always turn it off on tv or other device input.. i mean make sure if you're turning off your tv next time be sure you are in tv input/gameconsole or any app on your smart tv.
