Tiktok live notification doesn't pop up.

I have tried getting it off from unused apps, Allowed notification on the app, DND is off, I cleared off my notification, even closed all apps. I already have set everything off that could possible stop tiktok from giving me notification. But somehow, i am not recieving any notification from tiktok. My friend sending me messages and she is even unmuted in my tiktok app. I have noticed that it doesn't happen it tiktok too. Cuz long time ago, it happened to not recieving gmail notifications too. It happens in Facebook messenger too and more apps. Notifications in Samsung isn't consistent, and there are times an app will start to not sending you notifications. 
Please don't tell me to restart the Phone or clear data or ache of the app. Cuz this kind of stuff should always be consistent cuz most people can be unaware that they have missed important things because of inconsistent live notifications.
Please Samsung fix this. I have reported the same stuff years ago with different account. But this kind of thing still happening.

Other thing, i edited thing video in studio app and it is terrible and still lacks a lot of things. I can't stack up the drawings. And it has limited drawing in it too. It suddenly tell you that you can't draw anymore. I am guessing it will be the same story in putting stickers or text. 
Other thing, you can't copy and paste the drawing you just draw. Lets just say, duplicating it. What kind of idea of realising studio editing app that you know it will be terrible to use?
