Unable to access my Samsung keyboard themes.

So, first off, I'm a Samsung keyboard user, and I love how I can customize and personalize it. I seem to have lost access to all the Samsung keyboard themes I've created in Key Cafe, and I cannot access them on my Samsung keyboard. They are all still available in Key Cafe and theme pack apps from Good-look, and I'm forced to go to either of those two apps to select and change the keyboard theme I'm currently using. 

What would be the reason preventing me from accessing and changing my Samsung keyboard themes in Samsung keyboard?

I use SwiftKey Keyboard, but you are saying that you are still able to change Samsung's keyboard theme using Keys Café / GoodLock?

If that's the case, Samsung has made some changes in other places as well. If you use Samsung's Navigation Gestures, then you should have discovered that you have to use GoodLock's NavStar to get back the Gestures you had before.. 

Both GoodLock & Keys Café are Samsung's own apps.. it's just a change in how you do some things.

No, I don't think that it's a problem with your phone.. it's just, as I said, a change in how Samsung is doing things.

Hi Redonis-,

Sorry to hear this issue from you and appreciate your efforts. Please check there may be a syncing issue between Samsung Keyboard and Key Cafe. Try clearing the cache for both apps, updating them, and reapplying the themes and see if it helps to reslolve the issue.
