I've reset the soundbar several times, and I'm still unable to connect to my TV via wifi. When I first got the soundbar, everything worked perfectly, including q-symphony. It keeps saying that the TV and soundbar are not connected to the same wifi when they are, but the thing about my wifi is that it has three different frequencies (2ghz, 5ghz and 6ghz) when I connect a device; I don't control which frequency it connects to if that device is capable of connecting to more one frequency. How do I fix the wifi connection issue on my soundbar?

Hi Redonjé,

Connect to the Same Frequency Band: Ensure your TV and soundbar are on the same Wi-Fi band (2.4GHz or 5GHz) by temporarily disabling other bands in your router settings.

Rename Wi-Fi Bands: Assign unique names (SSIDs) to each band in your router to manually select the same band for both devices.

Reset and Reconnect: Reset the soundbar's network settings and reconnect both devices to the same Wi-Fi.

Update Firmware: Ensure both the TV and soundbar are updated to the latest firmware.

Use SmartThings App: Set up the soundbar using the Samsung SmartThings app.

Disable AP Isolation: Check your router settings and disable AP Isolation if enabled.

Thank you.
