Hey Samsung Members,

We are aware that many customers are experiencing shipment delays for specific models, and we wish to clear up some confusion regarding this.

Demand for the Galaxy S22 and Galaxy Tab S8 series of devices have reached a record high. Due to this, our retailers are having difficulty keeping up with orders. We are currently awaiting another shipment of devices from our manufacturers.

Your feedback is valuable to us. Our customer service team is working hard to ensure that every order is fulfilled as quickly as possible. All pre-order gifts and promotional items are guaranteed and will be delivered along with the devices as soon as inventory is made available.

If you have any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out to our customer support team.

We truly thank you for your patience, and apologize for any inconvenience this delay may have caused. We understand that you're excited to receive our latest Samsung Galaxy devices. We greatly value your support, and we will continue to monitor and update you on the situation as we learn more.

I ordered S22 Ultra Sky Blue on 9th February, immediately after the phone was released. By now, I didn't receive any delay email, tracking number, or Air Miles Points loaded... On Monday, the agent said to wait for 24-48 hours for the phone. By today, 144 hours passed and nothing! So sad... Ordering the earlier and watching the phone on the other's hand is frustrating... No word to describe the feelings...

Your not alone, there seems like alot of us in the same boat. Samsung takes our money and leaves us in the dark as to where our purchases are or when they'll arrive.

I ordered a blue s22 ultra 512gb on Feb 14th and instantly got an April 8th delivery date. i bit my tongue and just accepted it for the $200 in free gear. but I just got an email saying my order will be delayed 30+ days past my delivery date **bleep** Samsung. in the consumer phone market, a good portion of people upgrade their phones yearly. at the cost of $1400+ inc tax that works out to a loss of $116.66 a month. by the email I just got, your inability to fulfill orders in a timely manner will have cost me 3 months of use of my new phone. that works out to $350 worth of lost usage. this also doesn't bring up the fact that you bait n switched us during phone trade-ins to cover some of the $200 credit towards free gear. how does a trade-in change value overnight by +$100 after the sale ends Samsung? It's because you ripped us off during the sales promotion. so now that makes $450 you owe me and probably around the same to most of your customers. also the 5% BS is disrespectful of your customers. in return how about you publicly apologize and meet us halfway by offering us a free galaxy watch4 with our orders. it's a win-win for both parties it saves the company in the eyes of your customers and you probably will get higher future sales of smartwatches. we will get to see that Samsung cares about its customers and most of us will get to try a Samsung smartwatch for the first time.

Hey @alanworks, were you offered 5% in return for filing your complaint? Just wondering because that's the first I've heard of it.

Im in the same situation as u. I placed 2 orders onr for an s22+ and ultra. The trade in value they showed me was $200 but when i sent my old phone for the s22+, i get a value of $38...ofcourse i havent even recieved my ultra yet.
Additionally they sent me a $50 samsung gift card, and guess what. Its not even applicable to buy a 45watt adapter. Imagine spending so much money on a phone and they throw u a $50 gift card..

How could you accept the $38?! That’s BS!!! Yes you have to spend a min of $100 before taxes to use that **bleep** coupon. It’sa joke!
Never do a trade in with Samsung, they have no idea what they are doing. Unless you do this in a physical Samsung store.

Did you ever get what you were offered for filling the complaint? Where and how do you file it? You should share that with everyone. This has been such a **bleep** show!
