URGENT - NEED HELP TO CANCEL ONLINE ORDER SO THAT I CAN RE ORDER THE CORRECT DEVICE

Hello,

 

I've been trying for the past few days to cancel my online order because I chose the wrong storage size for the S22 Ultra. I've been put on hold over the phone for 4 hours, gone through 3 different online support chat queues (4+ hours each), used the text support chat and have nobody respond after it says "We have a.dedicated team to assist you with that. Please stay connected while I transfer you" and when I was able to get through to someone through technical support and asking for help, they promptly hung up on me.

 

I dont want to have to wait months for this return to be completed. Why is the customer service so terrible with Samsung?

Then you should be able to cancel it, call and ask for a supervisor. Just say you prefer a supervisor. It has never taken me 4 hours and don’t let them call you back. Keep trying, they will cancel and you will get cancellation confirmation in 2 business days after that. If not today, first thing 8 AM EST Monday. 
better to cancel now before it goes further. Keep at it, their customer service is a joke!

As I was reading that I got through to someone on the online sales department and he was able to complete the cancellation and stayed on the phone with me until I received the cancellation email. 

 

I am definitely going with an iPhone now, the level of customer care is non-existent with Samsung. 

 

But I appreciate your support RDR
