me too. I can send/ receive MMS texts, but not plain text SMS...

I cant send regular texts. So this is a virgin Mobile issue? I thought it was my phone.

this is a network issue not a samsung issue. Contact your carrier for support.

hey everyone, as this is definitely a carrier issue and seems like it is happening with multiple carriers, I am just wondering if anyone has contacted their carriers technical support team to inquire about any outages and such. I am with Telus and I have not noticed any issues.

sorry I just realized it seems to be a bell issue as Virgin Mobile is part of bell. Can anyone else confirm if they were also experiencing these issues who are not with Bell/Virgin?
