OthersHi asafsaf,
It seems like the voice-to-text feature in Samsung Keyboard is not behaving as you'd expect, where it reverts to the previously dictated text after you've sent a message or cleared the text box.
Before sending a message, tap and hold the text box, then select Clear all to ensure the text is erased completely. You can also backspace the text manually to clear it.
Clear Cache/Data for Samsung Keyboard: Go to Settings > Apps > Samsung Keyboard. Tap Storage > Clear cache and, if needed, Clear data. This can reset any underlying bugs or issues that may be causing the unwanted behavior.
Thank you.

OthersI was having the same issue. Below is a screenshot of a way that I found to correct it. Mine was the opposite and needed to switch off Samsung messages since I was using the Google version. The double voice text is a result of having both message apps installed. Good luck.
