I have the same issue with my washer as described here: https://us.community.samsung.com/t5/Washers-and-Dryers/Washer-stuck-in-spin-cycle-WF45K6500A/td-p/33.... I also have the Samsung WF45K6500AV/A2.

So I contacted Samsung and they wanted to set me up for service and asked for my address, which I gave. I live in Canada. Samsung replied that they now can't help me, because now I suddenly have a Canadian model. It's the same model number, same washer, but I don't get any help because I live in Canada?!

I already tried re-calibration, self-clean, power off (for a longer time), but nothing helps. The washer just keeps adding back water after spinning, over and over again. My 43 minute program takes 3 hours, every time!

if Samsung won't warranty it, try to find an authorized repair shop

The forum you provide is from Samsung USA. I guess you were contact Samsung USA. You need to contact Samsung Canada instead if your washer is Canadian model.

Funny, got a Washer, Dryer, Dishwasher, Stove, and Fridge from Samsung.   Everything works great so far.  They are a few years old now.

I too have the same issue.  My washer is just over a year old.  Had it delivered end of January of last year.  Now it's not under warranty and I'm stuck with a fairly new washing machine that doesn't work properly.  Had a Samsung washer/dryer before in my previous place and it was fine  (dunno for how long...I moved).  I'm disappointed in the quality of Samsung now.  Basically just lasted the warrenty period.  Horrible.

My Samsung Washer/Dryer have a 10 year warranty...I'm pretty sure if you bought it new, it would be covered by something similar.

so is there any fix for this? is it the shocks or spider arm? if so, may as well get a new washer, and believe me it will never again be samsung. i read a post somewhere that a new main board part fixed it.. any ideas.
