i have had this washer for over 4 years - past few months it does not finish the cycle and gets stuck at at spin it shakes and message is DC- i have called authorized Samsung authorized repair company and they came out twice to only say it was not level. The point it has always been in the same spot how can it now be level? They don't want to come out as if the machine is not level will charge me again the total will $270. Has anyone had same problem?

These errors refer to Load balance issues. •Make sure the unit is leveled. •Make sure the wash load is evenly distributed. •Make sure customer is not overloading the machine or not loading enough(small loads)
Here are the steps to Adjust the leveling feet: 1. Gently slide the washer into position. Excessive force may damage the leveling feet. 2. Using a wrench, turn the leveling feet clockwise or counterclockwise to adjust the height until the washer is level. 3. Using a flathead screwdriver, tighten the locking nuts. NOTE: Use the open-end of the supplied wrench to adjust the leveling feet.
I have the same issue, the washer is level, redistributed the load every time and it will still become unbalanced. How do I fix this!! It has gone beyond frustration.
