Watsapp error

I am not able to send videos on watsapp. I am getting the attached error. I have restarted my phone couple times already and it doesn't seem to help. I contacted watsapp customer service and they told that this is the issue with the device. Please let me know what needs to be done.

First off, try open Settings --> Apps --> Whatsapp --> Permissions

Do you have "Files and media" permission allowed? If not, allow it. Then try again.

If above  suggestion not work for you, try Uninstall and re-install Whatsapp. See if you can able to send the video or not.

It happens when trying to share a screen recorded video as the format does not work sometime.

Can someone tell me if it works to Uninstal WhatsApp an re install it again.
I having the same problem.
