Why doesn't Samsung Note app save font style

Hi so the samsung note app will not save background font style that I make on a text, even though the application is there

Hi, I request you to please perform Clear Cache on the app by using the below details and check again.

Clearing the app cache is kind of like a cleanse for your apps.

It will get rid of residual files that could be slowing down the app.

Open Settings, and then swipe to and tap Apps.

Select or search for the app you want to clear.

Tap Storage, and then tap Clear cache.

Umm sorry auctually clearing the cache still had the same problem.

Hi, Could you please help us with the complete model number of the device.

You can find model number in Settings > About device, you can also check the model number on back panel of the phone and on purchase box too.
