It's probably the worst website I've seen so far for support!
Juste bought a tv last xmas (un50nu7100) and I'm totally unable to get support from samsung as it doesn't recogize the model or form keeps freezing!!! Woaaa, amazing...
I was just seeking which wireless keyboard (no bluetooth on this tv) would work with this model? As i can't get support form samsung, not able to ask them directly... any experience?
