May I know how to check the status of my freebie redemption?

Is this for a unit/device you recently bought and the shipped package didn't include the freebies?

Yes. Only the unit has arrived. I applied through online using a link to redeem it and got an email saying its already complete. The Email I received stated a link to where I could supposedly check the status,but the link didnt have the "claim" or status portion
