Trade in value adjusted???

I traded in my mint condition S20 plus for Z Fold 4 2 months ago. Today, i received an email saying the trade in value has beed adjusted fro $245 to $98 due to a defect? I was really surprised to hear thay so I went to the link provided to see the reason. The Assurant company? said there is a LCD burn?? I saw the attached picture, there no such thing. I kept the photos and video of the device before sending it to that Assurant company.
I do not agree with their nonsense decision. How to escalate this? I'm hearing many similar story on the community. Samsung or that Assurant company is trying to scam the users with this shady trade in program?? How can I trust for my next purchase with this trade program??

Well, if there was no bonus $300, i would haven't trade it. $545 was a good deal without local sale hassle. Now, i have to think twice for this trade in program.

I am on the same boat..nothing on my trade in. Lcd burn in where???? I was told my case is escalated and would be contacted 2-3 days but never for 3 weeks. I am tired of waiting and repeating over to the cs who is not helping. Did your case get resolved???

Whole process was useless. You will reach the deadline and you will be forced to accept it and end it up paying what they asked. Total waste of time and energy. I will never use such scam trading service. Never!!
