I got offer $170 for trade in value estimated, Samsung said my phobe screen was broken and valued $68. I have photo and video proof of the phone had no damage at all. What a scam from Samsung.

Can any one ffromSamsung tell me how to proceed? From my point either you are lying about screen damage or your employee damaged my phone.

If you have videos etc. Call and ask for a supervisor and see if you can get anywhere on the phone. Chat won't get you anything. Chances are nothing will happen now... but try

I'd DEMAND, that Samsung provide you with photos of the damaged screen, and then maybe post both your photos (showing the date of the photos) & the "proof" of the damaged screen from Samsung here.

The trade in is a scam

I traded in an s22 plus still covered by Samsung care and they claimed liquid damage zero value. They refused to just look again dispite pictures taken the day it shipped

Get the phone back and take it to metro town Samsung and have the manage inspect and he finds zero damage or liquid. Show him the picture Samsung said shows it and he can't see it either

One would think at that point samsung would say oops our mistake send it back and we will make it right and give the full amount .

**bleep** no - they want me to go back to square one and then at their sole discretion they may consider maybe kinda what value

This is dispite having it in email from thier own store.....

The office of the CEO refuses to respond beyond an insulting email saying since I feel so strongly there might be a mistake they will this one time award me a chance to maybe go through this all over again

And then they refuse to answer further

I'm stuck now with 2 phones and being ripped off for 800 bucks ..... Stay away from their trade in program at all costs
