Apps are inconsistent when using a bluetooth mouse. On any web browser (included Samsung's own) when clicking down to scroll, it attempts to highlight text rather than scroll. Some apps clicking to scroll works. But not being able to properly scroll in a web browser makes Dex essentially useless with a bluetooth mouse.

Reset the wireless connection for the Bluetooth device.
On the phone, open Settings, tap Connections and then tap Bluetooth.
If the Bluetooth device is paired, unpair it by tapping the Settings icon next to the Bluetooth device, and then tap Unpair. Now, pair the Bluetooth device again.
If the Bluetooth device is still not working, you can try restarting DeX and then checking for available updates.
Also, try to adjust mouse settings. In DeX mode, navigate to and open Settings. Select Samsung DeX, and then select Mouse/trackpad. Use the slider to adjust your pointer speed.
Select Primary mouse button to change the main button to either Left or Right. Select Flow pointer to phone screen to allow the pointer to move from the DeX screen to your phone screen.

Open the Samsung Members app>> Menu >> Support >> Send feedback >> Error Report >> Send system log file.
With these logs, our team could analyze the performance and errors on the device and if there is anything related to the Samsung update that you have installed recently, we would push a fix through an update.
If a certain bt won't work grab a 2.4 GHz airmouse/remote. I have used aftermarket wih my Nvidia Shield or phone. 4.5 years just last month replaced it with this beauty. They have it for different neds. Make a PC version and android box. But either functions on 85% on the other. Full backlit keyboard & num pad. Im thrifty so i only have S9 Fe & is just about everything I need coming ipad 5th gen. The airmouse remote link I have and it works with my Roku tv, Thinkphone, Edge+ iPad, A7 shied buztv box fire stick & samung tv. Not guaranteed. lt works also on my laptop and basic controls on my Samsung Radiant R3&R1s speakers.
