Cannot get Dexcom G6 app to communicate with S Health.

Anybody have experience with interface problems between Dexcom G6 and S Health i.e. data permissions are not activating.

Doesn't work. I do that and the Dexcom app still says its not sharing

For me selecting the permissions to share  and turning them on & selecting done still leaves Dexcom G6 app saying S Health Sharing off. Dexcom says Android 12 is not compatible with the Dexcom G6 app

Toggle switch works for me. Its just after I select done nothing has changed. Sharing with S Health is still off.

Didn't work for me.  Spoke to Dexcom and apparently Android 12 is not compatible with the Dexcom G6 app

I have the same problem. I thought it was because my phone was old (Pixel 3a) so i bought a new Pixel 5 thinking it would "just work", but the dexcom app doesn't show up under connectd apps in the Samsung Health application. I've tried reinstalling both apps, restarting the phone, factory resetting my watch... I tried contacting both app developers with only automated replies.

It should be made public that the Active Watch 2, Samsung Health and the Dexcom system DO NOT work together anymore - much to my dismay. I spent a lot of money on these devices thinking I could see my blood glucose on my wrist and that isn't the case. I feel like this fool and his money have been parted with little to show for it.
Good job Samsung I guess, technically they won my money? 
It **bleep** being crapped on by huge corperations like this. I just want them to let everyone know when they update stuff like this that it will brick many of their expensive devices.

Just adding info here... started using s health and dexcom recently.  It was succeasfully gathering my bg until aug 30.... and just atopped.  No idea why.  I do get to the permissions screen in the dexcom app... but there is no Share button... it just pops up with permissions... after aelecting that... it all goes away.  I'm reluctant to reliad thw dexcom app while I have an active aenaor as I don't want to roxk that boat.  I'll try that when this sensor is up.

Just spoken to Dexcom about it. Apparently Android 12 is not compatible with the Dexcom G6 app

Still having this issue in 7/2024.  It recorded Dexcom G6 info from 7/2-7/6.  AI says I need the Dexcom G6 app to be at least 1.4.0 or higher.  It's 1.13.0.2.    AI suggests I update the Dexcome app through Google Play, but Google Play doesn't list an update, only has an "Open" button.  

It communicates intermittantly with Samsung Health, from June 6, 2024 through July 8, 2024, but nothing before that for a very long time and nothing after that.  

I may try deinstalling the Dexcom app and reinstalling it and hopefully it will be the updated version ?
