Strava account log out continuously

In settings -> connected services of S-Health I have enabled Strava, but every 1-2 weeks it disconnects by itself, without notifying me. This way I lose all the activities uploaded in the meantime to Strava, because when I connect again S-Health with Strava the old activities were no longer loaded. I don't think the problem is Strava because I have other apps linked to my Strava account and none of them have this problem. 
Is it possible to solve this problem?

 

Another thing, why does synchronization take several hours? If I do an activity in the evening and I upload it to Strava it sometimes happens that S-health does not have time to download before midnight, and at that point the acticity is lost.

Hi stecard, Samsung Health Team announced to 3rd party application partner that steps data detected from their apps cannot be synced anymore with the Samsung Health app from July 2020 due to fraudulent activities around increasing step count. Due to the Write function of Samsung Health SDK, negative VOC related to Samsung Health Together service has been continuously escalated like maintain high ranking (in together service) with non-ideal number of steps input. In order to fundamentally solve this problem, Samsung Health Team decided not to provide "write" with which the number of steps generated from the partner app is synchronized with the Samsung health app.

You can try the health sync app from the Play Store, don't know if it will solve your problem?
