Samsung PayYou can't get a Canadian version of Samsung Pay on your Indian device.
Your only options are to use Google Pay, use an Indian SIM, or purchase a Canadian device & Register Samsung Pay in Canada.
While you can use Samsung Pay in other countries when traveling, you cannot register Samsung pay in a country other than where the phone was purchased.

Samsung PayHi Abhi_777, if you wish to change the country on the Samsung Account, please follow the below steps:
https://account.samsung.com
Sign in >> Contact us >> Fill in request form with title 'Request for change of national information'.
Please note that: If you change the account country, then all the history of what you purchased in the previous country will disappear (e.g. Galaxy Store, Points, etc.). This is not a Samsung account limitation. Purchase details are managed by each country under separate service policies.
Unfortunately, as suggested by RedDogRabbit for Samsung pay, you can't register Samsung pay in a country other than where the phone was purchased.
