I bought my phone from India. Recently i moved to Canada. I restarted my phone and galaxy store changed its region but Samsung wallet stuck on Indian region .
I Uninstalled and reinstalled wallet but still on Indian region.

Yup, you need to change your phone CSC to canada you can read that in the internet search about it

Hi, We request you to please follow the below steps, if you find any difficulties.

To change national information(Country) directly through the CS Center.

https://account.samsung.com -> Sign in -> Contact us -> Fill in request form with title ‘Request for change of national information’

https://account.samsung.com > Sign in > Contact us > Fill in request form with title 'Request for change of national information'

If you change the account country, then all the history of what you purchased in the previous country will disappear (e.g. Galaxy Store, Points, etc.). This is not a Samsung account limitation. Purchase details are managed by each country under separate service policies.
