Hello,

I have been trying to add my credit card to samsung wallet.

At first, it kept rejecting it as declined (a few days ago), turns out the bank had flagged it so I had to go through that.

So now I am trying again to enter the card. I have tried manual entry, photo entry, and NFC entry.

What is happening is I enter the card information, including security code and zip. Then I press "next".

when it gets to the Location Permission step... no matter what option i choose, there is simply no "save button" on the screen.

If I hit the back arrow either on top or bottom, it just cancels the entire entry process.

Don't remember if there was a "save" button.

Pretty sure that when I added my cards, the next step was automated verification and the cards were just added.

Which bank are you using with Samsung Wallet, it may not be supported by your bank?

Hi, please perform Clear cache and Clear data for the Samsung wallet app and see if your'e able to add your card?

Clear data will remove the cards from Samsung wallet and you need to add them again.

Have you tried to contact your bank, if it is supported or not with the Samsung wallet?

Have the same issue. Such a simple but serious bug for Big company like Samsung...

Go to sign info and it will ask you to sign into your account. Once you go back to the location tab just hit the back arrow on the top of the screen and it will verify your card.

Not signing in to your Samsung account before adding cards is the primary reason people are having issues at the location screen.  Excellent answer, should be at the top of the page as #1 answer really.

Same issue here. I cleared data and started over and got my credit card to register. Added a few memberships, then hit the issue with debit card. Only option is to clear data and start over....and hope i can register a bunch of cards in a row before the issue. Is this for real?

I had the same issue and this is how it works. No doubt why no one uses samsung pay, such a simple thing to fix.

- In the above screen where it says location permission just hit the back button. Then it should say.....please wait validating card information.

- Next it should give you a screen to approve the card by logging into the banking app. You can open the banking app from that same screen and it should be done.

You must have not changed your name on this new card you are trying to add.

1-Go back to the beginning and add your card.

2-before entering the security code and zip code, scroll up and enter your name in the 'Cardholder name' section as it appear on your card.

3-Enter security code and zip code and press 'Next'.

4-In the 'Location permission', hit the back button and agree on the terms.

5-Your card will be verified and added.
