Bad Experience - Flip 3 and Samsung Service

I don't know what goes wrong with this Flip 3 here, it's been nightmare with ordering online and service so far. 

First, this one took over 1 month to ship which is you guys told me it will shipped by Aug.25th. Then the camera failed, for using this phone 34days from I recieve now. I called service department wondering if I can return it or exchange to a new one, been told I can only do trade in if I dont go with repair (how am I suppose to trust this phone anymore since the main camera failed within 34 days?).

And more, they told me it's going to take 5 business days for repair plus shipping time, and during the timing I have to find a way to get another phone that I can use, LOL (so should I go Apple to buy a new phone and let you guys repair this failed flip 3?)

I am very upset with Samsung online ordering and service, I won't do this again, and I won't suggest all my friends to do that as well!

Yeah it's fk'd up your return period start the day they shipped it, not like apple it's the day you received it.
