I updated my password on google for one email and my internet provider for the other email.  When I try to use the Samsung email app it wont work because if authentication error or password proble.  How do I get the samsung email app to work again? I cant send or receive right now.

You need to open Samsung Email→ Settings→ Email Account
Update your new password for Google email.

Try remove the account and re-add the accounts, by using the correct password.

I did that. it worked I think for the google account but not my eastlink account. cannot authenticate.
