Can't play videos or streaming in the NBA league pass Web Page with the Samsung Smart TV Web Browser 3.1.05260, the video start to load but not play.

Please make sure that your TV is updated to the latest version and then check with different videos or websites with the Samsung web browser on your Samsung smart TV.
The TV's web browser has few limitations. If the video meets the requirements of the flash player installed in the web browser, then it will play. It is not possible to update or upgrade the flash player on the TV. The TV comes with a basic version of a flash player.
The browser is compatible with Flash web page elements, many of them may not be supported by the browser. The Samsung Web Browser is more capable than a conventional mobile web browser but does not support all of the formats that are possible with a computer's browser (such as IE, Chrome, Firefox). This can also affect different web pages, and how they were written in program code. Some websites may not display correctly on Samsung TV's web browser.

Hi, the current version is: 1115 is say there is not new update Right now, I feel like I loosing my money on this buy this TV is super-limited why is not NBA App on the TV? and smart TV an you can't do anything with it.

Is your TV model number is UN50TU8000PXPA? If not, you can find the model code via the menu on your TV, or check the label located on the back panel of your television.

The model number of Samsung Canada TV ends with the letter F like UN50TU8000FXZC/UN50TU8000F and the features of the product will vary from one country to another country.

Hi Yustefano, Support is so weak so they dont have the knowledge that it is because of you dont use Samsung Web Explorer in Desktop Mode. After you open explorer please go settings and check Desktop Mode, then it will be streaming
