Hey question, need some helpful tips.
My phone randomly started having unrestricted use I have a lucky mobile sim card activated but is says I have restricted sim carrier I don't understand how to turn my sim card back to normal again. 😑 always have bad timing for stuff. Very important

If I understood correctly.. 

Sounds like an older phone or SIM? 

But if the device was Carrier Unlocked previously, it wouldn't normally switch to "Restricted", unless there's some other reason. ie: Phone / SIM reported lost / stolen / Billing issues? 

Contact your Carrier and either get a New SIM, or have your Carrier Unlock the Device (Carrier Locked), which has not existed in Canada since December 2017.
