Open your Contacts and Click on the 3 Dot Menu Top Right > Storage Location.

If you save your Contacts to your Google account, they should all still be there.

It's not recommended to save your Contacts somewhere other than Google..

Hi wiccancat13,

Let’s go through a few troubleshooting steps together:

Check Sync Settings: Go to Settings > Accounts and Backup > Manage Accounts and confirm that your contacts are syncing correctly with your chosen account (Google, Samsung). Sometimes sync conflicts can cause contacts to disappear or reappear.

View Contacts from All Accounts: In the Contacts app, tap Menu > Manage Contacts > Contacts to Display. Ensure that all accounts are selected so you can see every contact stored across different services.

Recover Deleted Contacts: If your contacts are linked to a Google account, you can log in via a web browser and restore deleted contacts from the last 30 days using Google Contacts > Trash.

Clear Cache/Data for Contacts App: Go to Settings > Apps > Contacts > Storage and clear cache (and data if necessary). This can refresh the app and resolve display issues.

Backup and Restore: Use Samsung Cloud or Smart Switch to back up your contacts. Restoring from a backup can help recover missing entries.
