SmartthingsFaced same issue. I removed the registered device from the https://smartthingsfind.samsung.com/
and Signed out from mobile device.
I signed in again and activated the Find my mobile settings. This resolved the issue.

SmartthingsSeems like an account corruption issue. I've got the same issue but IoT works fine and adding phones do not show location. Have removed account and readied as well as removed and added as member a dozen times. Ridiculous there's no repairing of connection.
