Hello everyone,  

I am unable to turn on allow devices to be found or tracking services via Smat things app. It always stays on loading screen.

Like my galaxy watch 6 classic, galaxy buds 2 pro

I have one tracker which is also not updating its location.

I tried to delete app data, reset my smart tag but issues are still there.

For reference i am attaching screenshots.

Every informative comment would be appreciated.

Hi, I request you to please uninstall the app and reinstall it and check.

Also check smartthings app updated with latest version, if not please update it and check.

I found the solution, i created another samsung account logged in with this phone, then linked my watch and buds with them, after i again logged in my previous original account then it worked, i appreciate for the solution, thanks.

Faced same issue. I removed the registered device from the https://smartthingsfind.samsung.com/
and Signed out from mobile device.
I signed in again and activated the Find my mobile settings. This resolved the issue.

Seems like an account corruption issue.  I've got the same issue but IoT works fine and adding phones do not show location.  Have removed account and readied as well as removed and added as member a dozen times.  Ridiculous there's no repairing of connection.
