Make sure your tv is connected to the internet, if it's all compatable= you have a Samsung device and hooked up to the same WiFi with Samsung tv then you should be able to pull down the notifications from the top of your device and connect with smartview 🤷♂️

Thank you for the comments. Yes, I made sure using same wifi. My TV is Roku smart TV. I tried to unplug the TV and wifi, and restart my phone, but not worked. I've just brought new phone. Previous phone had no problems to cast. I also tried some cast apps but any app didn't work. Should I get new one?? Thanks.
