SmartthingsI have contacted SmartThings support team many times but i was told that they cannot do anything i just have to wait.
Its been more then a Month and this issue hasn't been resolved yet.
I depends on galaxy Tags to track many of my expensive items in case i lost.
Support team is not helping and getting somewhat rude is other issue i am facing now.
Totally disappointed by the service Samsung is providing after selling such am expensive device.👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

SmartthingsSame here. Samsung support unhelpful, trying to gaslight me into clearing caches, do hard reset etc.
I have heard that they can't change from a non-GDPR region into the GDPR region for legal reasons. It would be great if someone from Samsung says something about it.
