SmartthingsHello,
Getting this after a region change (Russia->Austria). Samsung support super unhelpful, trying to gaslight me into clearing caches, doing hard reset etc.
This is not the first time this subject is raised here. This "request is being processed" message never goes away, not even after months. I have heard that they can't change from a non-GDPR region into the GDPR region for legal reasons. It would be great if someone from Samsung says something. Or, for once, offered an actual solution that works!

SmartthingsIf you are in Austria, you should probably be asking for assistance from Samsung Members Austria. This is Samsung Members Canada.
Looking at your screen shot, it appears that you requested the change 3 days ago, not months.
Canada is not associated the GDPR.
