I can only watch what's on my Samsung phone on my Samsung TV by using Smart View on my Samsung phone. Only with certain apps.

That's really odd I have the full remote access on my phone for my tv.

Apparently not available for all Samsung TVs. Although we paid 2K for mine it won't work
