I purchased a 75-inch Samsung QN85A TV primarily for basketball and NBA picks, and it's disappointing that there's no NBA app available. I'm left with the inconvenience of connecting another device to access the content I want through Smartway.
can this urgently be addressed please as it an appalling service Samsung provide to customers if they can’t get simple issues like this resolved no excuses except for laziness and inability to own issue?
When will the NBA app be avaliable? I can't believe this wasn't resolved before the season started. I can download on my Samsung phone by not my Samsung Smart TV? This is extremely antiquated and unacceptable.
This is useless service. I'll be throwing away my 1 year old S95 TV and buying a much cheaper and better HiSense TV and will never consider ANY Samsung product due to your awful customer assistance.
There still is no NBA app. I called customer support and said it was not there. I bought my tv yesterday and according to this thread which is considered resolved is showing the contrary. Is there an app available or not? The primary reason for purchasing the tv was to enable me to watch NBA without having to cast it from my phone.
