SmartthingsI purchased a 75-inch Samsung QN85A TV primarily for basketball and NBA picks, and it's disappointing that there's no NBA app available. I'm left with the inconvenience of connecting another device to access the content I want through Smartway.

SmartthingsHi, I have been checking the information from my resources.
I am sorry to say this, I see the App which you are referring to is not available in the Smart hub for now.
As, per our resources. The App will be available if there is the latest software versions released for the TV model.
An update to the content provider app has made it incompatible with the customer current version of Smart Hub.
The content provider will be releasing a new version of the app and has requested the old app to be removed.

SmartthingsWhen will the NBA app be avaliable? I can't believe this wasn't resolved before the season started. I can download on my Samsung phone by not my Samsung Smart TV? This is extremely antiquated and unacceptable.

SmartthingsThis is useless service. I'll be throwing away my 1 year old S95 TV and buying a much cheaper and better HiSense TV and will never consider ANY Samsung product due to your awful customer assistance.

SmartthingsThere still is no NBA app. I called customer support and said it was not there. I bought my tv yesterday and according to this thread which is considered resolved is showing the contrary. Is there an app available or not? The primary reason for purchasing the tv was to enable me to watch NBA without having to cast it from my phone.
