The Samsung Smart Hub is an app pre-installed on a Samsung Smart TV. So you can use only the apps which are available in Smart Hub by default. It is not possible to install or download other apps.

That it is not available in the Smart Hub is evident. I think the question is why is it not in the Smart Hub? This is what makes no sense?
