Cameralyzer App?

I asked this a while ago and no answer. So I'm trying again. There's an app on my phone named Cameralyzer. When I googled it I got one result that matched and it said it was a way for someone to see what you do on your phone. I cannot delete or disable the app, even in safe mode. Is the Cameralyzer app preinstalled or should I look into getting rid of it?

What make of phone do you have? I have never heard of an app called Cameralyzer. There is an icon on the home screen of a camera that when is tapped, it starts the camera on the phone. Cameralyzer is an app that allows hackers to write files to the SD card.

No it's NOT an app that allows hackers to do anything.

Cameralyzer is a System App & it's used for internal testing. 

It is NOT a user accessible app. 

You can not uni it & it is not a concern at all.
