Galaxy Note 10 Plus Screen Issues

I have my screen become very bad after the last update..see the example of screen record. At the edge also I found green color (not too bad). I read on the forum taht Galaxy has a lot of issue with screen. Is Samsung fixed it? Thank you

This is not issue of screen. Those dot is notification indicator if camera or microphone is using. This like in iphone smartphone. Cmiiw, Thank u
