my new SmartTag belongs to someone else...??

so  i just wanna tell you all that i just bought 2 new smarttags. when i received them, the packages were still sealed. when i opened one of them, the tag didn't make any sound. so did the other one. then i tried to replace the battery with a new one. then they worked. so i tought are they selling my 2 old tags that completely out of juice...?? but thats not the worst part. when i tried to connect them to smart things app on my phone. the app says that both of them ahd already been registered to another samsung account... **bleep**!! when i complained to the shop, they got no solution and offered me for a refund. are they selling me 2 old tags branded as new...?? **bleep** MAN...!! i don't know who's to blame for this nonsense. is it samsung indonesia or the shop...?? all i know is that i'm totally disappointed.

Bruh, dude. U can just speak bahasa indonesia. This is Samsung Members Indonesia. So literally almost everyone here is Indonesian. Better use Bahasa Indonesia next time, i think it would be waaay easier for people to understand.


Anyway, buat masalah di atas, keknya yang bertanggung jawab atas hal ini adalah toko/SES nya. Apakah agan sudah coba buat minta tukar dengan yang baru. Coz clearly pas agan terima barangnya, itu kotak nya masih di sealed kan. Jadi mungkin bisa minta ganti dengan yang baru saja karena ini bukan salah user. Atau of course agan bisa terima refund penuhnya dan nggak coba beli lagi di toko itu, and cari SES lain di daerah agan

I mean, it's fine. I just think that if he uses English, people wont understand or help him right away coz well, not all members can speak or read or understand English. But anyway, im not complaining that he's Using English, im just giving him an advice. Have a good evening:)

Hi nggemboes_djaja, welcome to samsung members INDONESIA, english speaker is welcome here, for the battery problem i think its the old stock/early stock which came with S20 series (2 years ago), the battery normally juiced up until less than a year. You can ask the repesentative officer at Samsung Service Center near you.

if you given by the seller to refund, take it, and go buy smarttag in official store for peace of mind. ooorrr, you can look at reviewers in the store to avoid the same mistake.
