After recent update on October 14th, my Samsung galaxy A9 2018 had an issue with auto restart. Even though I was not set any auto restart on settings.
This occurred even when my phone isn't overheat. I think this might be some software issues after recent updates.

Yes. It might be because of the recent updates. If it occurs often, you can get the software repaired or reinstalled at the nearest Samsung Service Centre to try fix the issue.
Sometimes it could be the hardware that is the problem, and it is dangerous and could potentially get the phone broken.
