Anyone could help solving this issue ? is anyone having this problem before ? My samsung s20 phone can't open most of the apps including setting and playstore.
I've tried to use safe mode and update the phone but the installing updates doesn't seem progressing and it keep restarting my phone on safe mode or not even using safe mode.
If the problem is like that, then the last option is to return to factory settings, before that, make sure you have back up the data on the Samsung account.
Well thankyou for all the suggestion, at last i tried to backups all data through cable from phone to pc. The phone restarting like 20 times and its finished. I set it to factory reset and work
