Supportkalo garansi pabrikan biasanya kalo habis unboxing lalu pembeli sadar wah ada yg salah nih sama suara speaker-nya atau layarnya ada bercak ungu atau kualitas kameranya buram dll, mungkin bisa klaim garansi asal ponsel belum pernah jatuh ataupun tergores
lagian garansi itu susah-susah gampang klaimnya, pake Samsung Care+ (SC+) pun cuma kenyamanan semu krn SC+ maks biasanya 2 tahun dan ada batas watu perpanjangan SC+, jd intinya kalo beli seri S atau Z harus siap dg greenline kalo mau dimiliki lebih dari setahun atau harus siap dana lebih krn greenline hanya bisa dihindari dg cara trade in tiap tahun
jd intinya? garansi atau asuransi cuma kenyamanan semu krn ada plus minusnya masing2
